There is a maximum of three people training in our fully air conditioned studio at any one time ensuring your session remains private and you never have to wait to use our state of the art equipment.



We are located just off the Chiswick High Road a short walk from Gunnersbury tube and mainline station, and have free parking for clients. There are changing facilities on site with showers as well as a café that provides freshly prepared food and drink.
