
Studio G14 is dedicated to providing a uniquely professional personal training service. There is no gym membership, ensuring that all clients are working one-to-one with a trainer. Our team of trainers are of the highest standard, health and fitness specialists who will support and motivate you every step of the way. Your journey follows a 3–step process:
- Initial Assessment
As a new client, your journey would begin with 3 separate appointments before training can begin:
This process allows us to create a truly bespoke training and nutritional plan, individually tailored to your body’s requirements to bring maximum results. - 12-Week Training Programme
All the information from your assessment is then used to formulate your short and long-term goals and a detailed 12-week plan of action is decided upon. You are assigned a personal trainer who will manage your training throughout this period. They will be there to support, motivate and educate you to achieve the results that you want and more. You will keep a record of your training throughout the 12 weeks using our on-line diary.
Each training session lasts between 60 - 90 minutes. One hour will be spent with your trainer focusing on resistance exercise, which requires the most guidance and supervision. The majority of your cardio exercise will be done before each session begins as instructed by your trainer. - Re-Assessment
In this 60-minute appointment with one of our Exercise Specialists, all the measurements and fitness tests from your Initial Assessment are repeated. Your training diary is analysed and reviewed. Your progress is discussed from which new goals and targets are set for the next 12-week period. This allows for any necessary adjustments to be made to your training and nutrition to ensure you continue to improve.
