Personal Training


Each new client undergoes a unique three stage assessment designed to collect as much detailed information as possible from which an individualised exercise and nutrition programme is created. Each stage lasts for 60 minutes and is carried out by qualified Sports Scientist Joe Read and Physiotherapist Nathan Carter.

Following these assessments, you will be assigned a member of our team who will work with you on a one to one basis and provide continual motivation, support and guidance.



The essence of our service is that each person is unique, just as their thumb print is. Our detailed training and nutritional programme will reflect your individuality to bring maximum results.

We will guide, motivate and educate you to achieve permanent and sustainable results through:
  • Setting realistic and achievable goals
  • Expert personalised coaching
  • On-line training diary
  • Continual support and encouragement
  • Reassessments every 8 weeks (to monitor, redefine goals and prevent plateau and boredom)
